Thank you for considering me for your wedding day beauty needs!

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us, please take a moment to review my policies:

 

Booking and Cancellation Fees:

• A booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date.

• This fee is 100% refundable if you cancel at least 10 months prior to your wedding date.

• You will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee if you cancel between 6 and 10 months prior to your wedding date.

• Unfortunately, the booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel within 3 months of your wedding date.

 

Travel and Accommodation:

• My services are based within a 10-mile radius of LadyB Event Hair and Makeup Design, SP8 5BG.

• For locations outside this radius, travel costs and additional charges will need to be covered.

• For events outside a 30-mile radius and requiring a start time before 5am, accommodation arrangements will be needed.

 

Travel Supplement:

• Travel time exceeding 2 hours will incur a £100 supplement.

 

Additional Artists and Assistants:

• For larger parties, I can arrange for additional hair and makeup artists or assistants at a cost of £100 per artist.

 

Important Notes:

• Please inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities well in advance.

• A trial is highly recommended to ensure we achieve the perfect look for your special day.

• To secure your booking, please contact me with details of dates, times and bridal party numbers
